Summary

  1. Why is addressing climate risk essential now and what are the incentives for each real estate stakeholder involved (Owner, Operator, Tenant)?

  2. How do the stakeholders fit into each other's overall footprint? Where are the gaps and opportunities to collaborate?

  3. Why is collaboration towards a common goal so difficult, not only within a sector but across the industry?

  4. Are industry sustainability standards and local policy well aligned for the city to meet targets by 2050?

  5. What further fiscal and regulatory drivers might we expect to drive things to the next level?
