WHY ATTENDING THIS EVENT MATTERS

What You'll Learn:

  • Understand the best investment opportunities that will ensure profitable returns and satisfy ESG requirements

  • How to balance the short-term goals of profitability vs the long-term considerations of sustainability  goals

  • Learn why is it critical to include sustainability considerations into the outset of investment strategies

  • How to not get clogged down in all of the data and regulation and ensure that this data is understood and feeds back into a wider strategy

  • How sustainability credentials are being measured and priced into asset values

How You'll Do More Business: Almost half of the world’s largest real estate investors, which between them own or control more than $1.2T of property, have no target to reduce the carbon emissions from their portfolios. Whilst this number has reduced year on year since 2023, many companies are still struggling to make this vital change! Join Bisnow for an insightful webinar to understand more about how to develop the critical frameworks needed to change this and help commercial real estate become the hero of the story by accepting responsibility and planning feasible short-term goals to achieve substantial long term calls.
