Tor Burrows is the Director of Sustainability and Innovation for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland.

This role is designed to galvanize delivery of our environmental goals for 2030 which will see the business become net carbon zero and zero waste by the end of the decade, while also contributing to a significant increase in biodiversity in its communities. She sits on the business’ Executive Committee.

Tor previously held the position of Director of Placemaking. She has worked in the company for nearly a decade, including leading the asset management programme for the Mayfair estate and working as Head of Strategy for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. She sits on the Good Growth Steering Committee of London's West End Partnership and is part of the Westminster Property Association’s Senior Advisory Committee.

Tor sits on the WPA’s Senior Advisory Committee and on the West End Partnership’s Good Growth sub-committee.

Munish Datta is passionate about the crucial role every sector of society - government, business, civic - must play to create a truly sustainable world. As director of membership & operations at UK Green Building Council, he is responsible for leading the organisations membership strategy and enabling the delivery of its mission to radically improve the sustainability of the built environment. As Senior Associate, faculty & tutor at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership he empowers senior business leaders & organisations to tackle critical global challenges. Formerly, Munish led cross business teams to design and deliver Marks & Spencer’s multi award winning, globally renowned sustainability strategy (Plan A) for its 1000+ buildings property portfolio. He is a start-up advisor, member of the UK Government BEIS ‘Green Construction Board’, Governor of the Stephen Perse family of schools & trustee of Rama Foundation, a charity building the capacities and skills of disadvantaged communities. Phil Birch

Sustainable & Healthy Buildings Manager

Phil is the John Lewis Partnership's Manager of Sustainable and Healthy buildings. He works across the Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Transport and Corporate Responsibility teams appraising the implications of emerging policy/trends and identifying future opportunities/solutions. This work covers: climate resilience (ensuring JLP's physical estate is robust and appropriate mitigation measures are recognised); clean and healthy travel (including electrification of vehicles and provision of the associated infrastructure); health and wellbeing (with a particular focus on indoor environment quality); and, Responsible Development (certifying refurbishment and new build activities are designed and delivered in a sustainable manner). He also supports JLP's environmental risk and compliance; and, innovation, work activities. Phil is a chartered engineer and chartered environmentalist.

Astrid Stanley is a partner specialising in commercial real estate and is a co-lead of the student accommodation group.

Astrid has established herself as a go-to solicitor in the practice and advises developers, investors and High Net Worth individuals across real estate development and investment transactions. Her strength is her deep understanding of the real estate market and provides her clients with strong commercial and strategic advice throughout a transaction.

Her practice covers student accommodation, living, mixed-use, office, industrial and logistics and hotels & leisure sectors.

Astrid's expertise is in development and she has an ability to advise on large scale and complex transactions, with a strength in client relationships management. Astrid has broadened her experience in the development team, advising investors, landlords and occupiers on commercial acquisitions for lease and development acquisitions for sale and forward funding.
