Dean Hopkins is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Oxford Properties, a leading real estate investor, developer and manager. His role is to help design and enable the real estate company of the future by evolving a wide variety of capabilities, systems, processes, and information necessary to support a rapidly growing, global platform.

Dean is a member of Oxford’s Executive Committee and is Chair of the Operations Committee.

Prior to joining Oxford, Dean was the Chief Executive Officer of a scale up hub established to help entrepreneurial technology companies through periods of substantial growth. Before that he spent a decade advising a leading multi-national media conglomerate on global transformation, and a decade founding and growing a pioneer in internet strategies. Dean began his career as a business analyst at a leading global management consultancy.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Systems Design Engineering) from the University of Waterloo, and lives in Toronto.

William acts for a wide variety of property companies, fund managers and institutional investors both

nationally and internationally. He advises on all aspects of structuring real estate investment and

development portfolios across Europe and leading on large UK and European transactions, in

particular advising on the formation of joint ventures and on real estate capital markets transactions.

He has a particular focus on real estate assets with a strong operational dimension (using propco and

opco structures). In addition to acting for private equity investors on their pan European investments

into real estate, he also has considerable experience of acting for major corporate occupiers who own

and lease space.

William was described by Property Week as one of the top 10 real estate lawyers in the UK in a survey

that they conducted of real estate lawyers.

Michael Spies is a Venture Partner with Navitas Capital, a leading venture capital firm focused on technology in the real estate and construction industries. He is also founder of Fuse Strategies, LLC, an investment and advisory platform engaged with real estate innovation. Michael was a senior executive with Tishman Speyer for 30 years, establishing and leading its businesses in Europe and India, chairing the firm’s Investment Committee, and leading its Innovation efforts globally.

Michael serves on the Boards of Directors of TechnoServe, a global non-profit organization reducing poverty in the developing world; Equiem, a global leader in commercial tenant experience technology; and RE5Q, a real estate data platform. He is also on the Advisory Boards of Declaration Partners, and the Taubman Center in State and Local Government at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is a past Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and twice Chaired the Jury for awarding ULI’s highest honor, the Urban Land Institute Prize for Visionaries in Urban Development. He graduated cum laude from Princeton University and from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government with a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning.

Bridget's passion lies in using digital technology to enhance diversity and inclusivity across communities and ensure everyone can be involved in using their voice to shape their cities. During her time as Director of Community Engagement at Built-ID, Bridget was responsible for scaling the award winning proptech platform Give My View which supported the delivery of more than 30,000 across the UK.

She has more than 12 years of international real estate experience and is an expert in the global PropTech sector through her previous role on the CBRE UK Innovation Board and as a founding member of the Urban Land Institute UK Tech Forum.

Bridget is a proud advocate for developing the next generation of real estate professionals across London through her role as Co-founder of Peer20 social impact network, Steering Committee Member of the City Property Association Next Gen Committee and Startup Mentor on the REACH UK Tech Programme. As an industry champion for the adoption of proptech and innovation to support urban cities, Bridget was recognised as Global Finalist for the Tech Futureproof Woman Awards (2021) and Global Woman in Proptech Awards (2019).
