Anthony Lorenz is one of the best-known names in the London commercial property market and is a seasoned media commentator. He started his first consultancy, Baker Lorenz, in 1972 specialising in work such as Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Lease Restructuring. He has specialised over a period of 5 decades in corporate recovery during recessions. He founded Lorenz Consultancy in 2007, a boutique London commercial property consultancy, acting for some of London’s leading leisure, retail and commercial organisations.
