Why This Matters

Student accommodation has become a vital part of the UK's real estate industry over the past years and the popularity of UK higher education has driven up demand for purpose-built accommodation. Prior to the pandemic, the UK government had been eager to increase international students studying in the UK by more than 30% by 2030. While this academic year has been rocky, with empty lecture rooms and halls, how can the sector use this moment as an opportunity to innovate and adapt, to build modern and sustainable stock for the future?

Please join Bisnow's online lesson as we examine the UK's student accommodation sector’s performance, how to overcome the most urgent challenges while taking advantage of key opportunities in the industry.
