Nick Leslau, 57, BSc (Hons) Est Man, FRICS, is Chairman of Prestbury Investments LLP, Investment Adviser to the Group. He is a Chartered Surveyor who has been Chairman and Chief Executive of Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited since it commenced business in 2000 and Chairman of Prestbury Investments LLP since its establishment in 2006. He was Chief Executive of Burford Holdings Plc for approximately ten years up to 1997 and Group Chairman and Chief Executive of Prestbury Group Plc from 2008. He has sat on many quoted and unquoted company boards including, most recently, Max Property Group Plc, and is a Member of the Bank of England Property Forum.

David Marks co-founded Brockton Capital in 2005 and has 25 years of experience. He left The Blackstone Group in 2005; he had worked there since 2001. He was a central part of the UK acquisitions team at Blackstone whilst working on the USD$1.3 billion Blackstone Real Estate Partners International Fund. He has been directly involved in transactions totalling £8.0 billion (USD $12.4 billion) whilst at both Brockton Capital and Blackstone. He has originated, underwritten, financed, and asset managed a wide range of properties within the UK, including shopping centres, retail parks, offices, industrial/distribution, prime residential development, student housing, serviced apartments, pub operating businesses, and healthcare businesses. Prior to Blackstone, David spent 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle (1990–2000), where he worked in both the City and West End offices in London, in New York, and in the JLL Corporate Finance team. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester, UK and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from MIT, Boston. David was President of the BPF (British Property Federation) until summer 2014, and is a member of the Bank of England’s Commercial Property Forum.

Mark has 15 years experience, mainly within real estate, working for AJ Gallagher and Aon prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2014. Mark works on Pan-European property portfolios for a wide range of clients and across all asset classes. He also leads the London practice dealing with Asia Pacific investment into London and Europe.
