Sophie qualified as an architect at leading BTR firm Assael and now manages a number of core developments within the Packaged Living portfolio. She has led the planning and development of a number of projects including The Almere, a 294 apartment BTR scheme in Milton Keynes which has just completed on site, and the redevelopment of the former Debenhams store at Highcross Shopping Centre, Leicester which secured planning approval for 300 new btr homes.

Prior to co-founding HomeViews, Rory spent 15 years in the residential development sector, having been a Senior Director at CBRE before becoming Head of New Homes at Marsh & Parsons. Rory is now a leading figure in the UK property development sector. As an early investor, co-founder and now CEO, Rory is an advocate for the benefits HomeViews brings and its increasing significance within the property industry. He is passionate about using the HomeViews platform to help raise standards across the built environment – for the benefit of developers, operators, owners and tenants alike.

With more than 20 years’ senior leadership experience in tech and IT companies I am passionate about delivering novel solutions to customer problems and reinvesting business proceeds to deliver both software and hardware innovation. A qualified Chartered Management Accountant with a degree in architecture, resiCharge is my latest venture to bring electric vehicle charging solutions to apartment blocks so that they can meet their residents’ needs for EV charging as the country continues the switch to electric transport.
