As Chief Executive of Lionstone Investments, Jane Page leads the firm in effectuating strategy and managing real estate investing. Lionstone Investments a private equity real estate firm managing over $8 Billion in AUM. The firm invests across the risk spectrum and focuses on a strategy of providing real estate for the highest productive segment of the US economy. Ms. Page joined Lionstone in 2012, serving as the firm’s first Chief Operating Officer prior to being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Previously, she spent 10 years at Crescent Real Estate Equities and 15 years at Metropolitan Life. Ms. Page received a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Point Loma College in San Diego and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of San Francisco.

As COO, is Tom Paterson responsible for optimizing firm performance through effective management of

Lionstone’s resources and talent. Together with the co-head of operations, he designs and implements

operating policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of departments within the firm. In

addition, as head of portfolio management, he is responsible for oversight of portfolios and assets on

behalf of all funds and investors. He is a voting member of the Investment committee and serves on the

Operating committee. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2007, he spent four years at Pricewaterhouse

Coopers. He received a B.B.A. in Finance and MBA from The University of Texas.

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
