Swapnil is responsible for strategic planning, investment decisions, and overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, financing activities, and investor relations. He has over 15 years of financial/investment experience with over 12 years of experience in real estate globally. Swapnil began his career in energy investment banking at Simmons & Company before joining Forum Partners, an international real estate private equity firm with over $5.0 billion in assets where he focused on originating, structuring, and executing real estate investments in the Asia Pacific region. He was personally responsible for closing deals in companies worth $3.0+ billion in India, China, Australia, and Korea with total equity deployed of $600+ million. Swapnil was most recently the Head of Alternative Investments at Virtus Real Estate Capital in Austin, Texas. At Virtus, Swapnil was responsible for multi-family assets across the United States. Swapnil graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.

Doug structures and executes strategic national initiatives and serves institutional clients nationally and throughout Houston in marketing, management and leasing on numerous office projects. A 33-year industry veteran, Doug’s resume includes negotiations totaling over 20 million square feet with a total transaction value exceeding $2 billion. These commercial office buildings have been located nationally and throughout the greater Houston area. He has been named one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitters” by the Houston Business Journal for the last 10 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, Doug served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director – Central Division with PM Realty Group, where he was responsible for all aspects of the Central Division’s 50 million square foot portfolio. Some of the most recent noteworthy leases completed by Doug include Mustang Engineering (411,806 square feet), Shell Oil (250,000 square feet), Conoco Phillips (207,009 square feet), Alliance Wood Group (150,000 square feet), Bracewell & Giuliani LLP (189,000 square feet), Forum Technologies (108,639 square feet), Direct Energy (105,934 square feet), Arnold White & Durkee (100,000 square feet), TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company (97,295 square feet), British Petroleum (95,669 square feet), Det Norske Veritas (75,000 square feet), Haynes & Boone (70,237 square feet), Seadrill Americas (64,413 square feet).

Stephanie Burritt is a Principal and Managing Director of Gensler's Houston office. Stephanie's career with Gensler began in 1989 when she joined the London office. Six years later, she transferred to Houston and has since had the opportunity to manage workplace projects ranging from 1,000 to 1 million square feet in size. During her time in Houston, she has primarily focused on designing for energy and professional service firm clients, many of whom are long-term and global relationships. Stephanie has been a member and advocate of The Texas Association for Interior Design for more than 15 years. She first served as a board member for the Gulf Coast Region, and then held roles as Vice President, President, and VP of Students and Education. Stephanie also supports the Boy Scouts of America at a local and national level, formerly acting as a Venture Crew Advisor for Troop 641. As a champion for the continued health and growth of Houston, Stephanie currently serves on the Board of Directors for Central Houston. Over the past three years, Stephanie has been recognized as a recipient for both Bisnow Houston's Power Women Award and Houston Business Journal's Women Who Mean Business Award. Most recently, she was the recipient of the International Interior Design Association award for Design Leadership.

Jon Lee is an Executive Vice President of Advisory & Transaction Services with CBRE and focuses on office tenant representation. In his 15 years at CBRE, Jon has established himself as one of the top brokerage professionals in Houston, Texas. He and his team at CBRE focus on advising clients in the Houston Office Market and strategically managing national and global real estate portfolios. Jon has been involved in over 1,200 lease transactions in his real estate career totaling over 12 million square feet. He has experience in many national and international markets representing clients ranging in size from small local firms to Fortune 10 companies.

Miranda joined Caldwell Companies in 2010 and now serves as Vice President – Investments. Miranda is responsible for the due diligence process of underwriting the financial feasibility and development viability of potential investment opportunities in order to grow our commercial and residential portfolios. She participates in evaluating development and disposition strategies for portfolio assets along with assisting in the sourcing of debt and equity capital. Miranda began her career with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLC as a real estate analyst in 2008. While with Deloitte Miranda performed appraisals, site inspections, audit support appraisal reviews, market studies, rent studies, lease abstracts, and leasehold interest valuations for property types including retail, office, industrial, land and multi-family properties. Miranda graduated from Texas A&M University, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 2006 and her Master of Real Estate in 2008. She was a member of the Aggie Women’s golf team and she still enjoys playing. Miranda and her husband Brad are members of Houston’s First Baptist Church. They both served on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Gate Keepers Committee and participated in the MS150. In her spare time she enjoys spending time cooking, traveling, fishing, cycling and watching Aggie football with her husband.

John S. Moody, Jr., is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has extensive experience in real estate development, leasing, acquisitions, sales and financing. He represents developers, owners, families, financial institutions, investors, retailers and private equity funds in acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, financing and construction of all types of real estate.

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
