Gigi Giannoni is Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, for Gables Residential. Gigi leads the

efforts in bringing a strategic expanded customer experience perspective to the identification and

implementation of product/market opportunities that ultimately impact the company’s bottom line.

The position is integrated across all divisions including operations, retail, development, design and

sustainability. Balanced with an execution focus, this role leads initiatives and is a catalyst for change,

positioning the customer first, with a focus on excellence. She is also responsible for establishing the

short-term objectives and long-term strategic vision for the company’s marketing efforts, overseeing the

creation, implementation and execution of all marketing deliverables. Gigi also manages all company

public relations efforts. With over 35 years of expertise in real estate, she brings knowledge not only in

multi-family, but also from the hospitality, active adult and for-sale industry. She has her BA in

International Politics/Communication from Rollins College and her MS in Management from Florida

Institute of Technology.

Melissa Morales serves as vice president of multifamily operations at Boingo Wireless (NASDAQ: WIFI), a leading provider of connectivity solutions for multifamily communities. In this role, Morales is responsible for the delivery of managed wireless services, including design, installation, operations, support and security, to student housing and multifamily properties around the country. A dynamic leader, Morales manages a team of more than 60 team members and is responsible for leading wireless deployments at new brownfield and greenfield multifamily properties, as well as the support and maintenance of Boingo’s existing property portfolio that serves more than 200,000 residents.

Kevin Donnelly

Kevin Donnelly is Vice President for Government Affairs at the National Multifamily Housing

Council (NMHC) based in Washington, D.C. and represents the interests of the multifamily

industry before Congress and federal agencies focusing on technology, connectivity, risk

management, operations and housing affordability issues. Prior to joining the Council, Kevin

served as a Legislative Representative for the National Association of Realtors. Kevin also spent

over seven years on Capitol Hill as senior staff for two members of the House, first for Rep.

Steve Rothman (NJ) and finally for Rep. Phil Hare (IL). Kevin has a wide array of public policy

experience and has served in numerous capacities on a variety of political campaigns

throughout his career. Kevin completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, has

done post-baccalaureate work at National Defense University, and completed his Masters in

Public Management at Johns Hopkins University. Most recently, Kevin was appointed by FCC

Chairman Ajit Pai to serve on the Commission’s Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee’s

“Increasing Broadband Investment in Low-Income Communities” working group.

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
