Houston Industrial Update

Jeremy Lumbreras joined Stream Realty Partners in 2012 and serves as Vice President for the firm’s industrial division in Houston. In addition to executing industrial transactions, Jeremy is also responsible for identifying opportunities through project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions and development. Working within a growing 20,000,000 square foot industrial leasing and management portfolio, Jeremy currently represents several of the largest institutional real estate owners in the country, including: Hillwood, Prologis, GLP, Agellan Commercial REIT, Cabot Properties, DRA Advisors, Industrial Property Trust, Exeter Property Group, Stockbridge Capital Partners, Copeland Commercial and Triten Real Estate Partners. Since joining Stream, he has completed over 600 lease transactions across all of Houston’s six industrial submarkets, earning recognition as a CoStar Power Broker for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

As Method's Managing Principal, Rayburn ‘Jake’ Donaldson oversees the firm's four geographic market offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, 80 staff members, and 800+ projects annually. With over 20 years experience, Jake and his teams have designed millions of square feet of spec, manufacturing, cold storage, and distribution center facilities across Texas. Jake is passionate about exploring the next evolution of industrial building types including taller clear heights, innovative construction methods like 3d printing, AI, conveyance, and automation systems to help future-proof this asset class as a backbone of the U.S. supply chain.

Robert is based in Houston, TX as Senior Vice President – South Region, where he is responsible for site selection, including suitability for distribution warehouse development, entitlement and feasibility; masterplan and building design, marketing strategy, building and industrial park construction and development, and leasing oversight. His 30-year development career includes land entitlement, development, leasing, marketing, and/or sale of over 3 million square feet of distribution and build-to-suit industrial product, 800,000 square feet of office, 2,000 self-storage units totaling over 275,000 square feet, and various retail and multi-family properties for Gerald Hines, Opus Corporation, and Panattoni Development.

John S. Moody, Jr., is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has extensive experience in real estate development, leasing, acquisitions, sales and financing. He represents developers, owners, families, financial institutions, investors, retailers and private equity funds in acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, financing and construction of all types of real estate.

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
