At the National Association of REALTORS® Todd builds the teams and products to lead over a million members through the industry’s rapidly changing technology landscape. Beginning when he joined NAR in 2009, Todd created the organization’s social media communications strategy. In 2013, he created the first Data Analytics group, where his team assembled and analyzed member interaction data to empower the organization to make better, data-backed decisions concerning its business needs.

Todd served as staff executive to NAR’s Data Strategies Committee from 2014-2018, and is a member of the 2018 Board of Directors for the Real Estate Standards Organization.

Today, Todd is helping to build the organization’s new Strategic Business, Innovation and Technology Group. As the pace of technological challenge only accelerates, this new team is charged with positioning the organization for the next decade of opportunity.

Prior to joining NAR, Todd was widely regarded as a real estate industry pioneer in leveraging the social web, with more than twenty five years of real estate and mortgage industry experience in technology, communications, and business development.

Noah Gottlieb is the founder of The X Company; an unconventional members-only club with attainable apartments for the culturally curious. It’s a home, it’s a gym, it’s a work space, it’s energizing experiences, it’s a pool bar, and your new network. It’s an X.

The Chicago-based company’s project pipeline spans ten major markets, over $1 billion of construction activity, and over 10,000 beds.

In addition to running The X Company, Noah also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Thresholds; a provider of mental health services where he sits on the real estate committee, and The Dovetail Project; an initiative designed to help at risk, adolescent fathers.

Demetrios Barnes oversees operations and business development at SmartRent. Prior to joining the team, he was Vice President of Technology Operations for Colony Starwood Homes, leading the charge in the internalization of property management across 12 states and the merger between Colony Starwood Homes and Starwood Waypoint Homes. Previously, Mr. Barnes was Director of Property Management and Technology with Beazer Pre-Owned Rental Homes, and a Regional Manager for several multifamily companies. Mr. Barnes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
