Summary

  1. How will the valuations of offices change as they continue to sit empty?

  2. Will Chicago be able to absorb the amount of office delivery scheduled for this year during a downturn?

  3. What are some ways that office landlords can create health and financial security for tenants?

  4. What will be needed for office buildings to re-open and accept the return of workers?

  5. How will office utilization change going forward? Will we see a reduction or increase of leased space per employee?
