Michael has almost 30 years of real estate experience and has been involved in over $4 billion of sale/acquisition transactions and over $2 billion of lease transactions.

Recently, Michael was the Senior Director and head of the Chicago Office for American Realty Advisors, an investment advisory firm of institutional real estate. At ARA, Michael focused on asset management overseeing a portfolio of assets as well as a team of asset managers responsible for assets in the eastern half of the United States. Michael was also responsible for initially handling all dispositions for ARA Michael was a rotational member of the Investment Committee for the firm.

Gina Fridberg is a Senior Vice President with Wintrust Commercial Real Estate based in Chicago, IL. Gina focuses on providing construction and acquisition financing for institutional and individual borrowers looking to develop a meaningful relationship with Wintrust Financial.

Prior to joining Wintrust, Gina was the Director of Strategic Initiatives with Podolsky Circle where she focused on growing the firm’s construction, brokerage, management and receivership platforms.

By joining Wintrust, Gina came back to her banking roots, as she previously served as Senior Vice President at Fifth Third and PNC Bank. Her experience spanned workout and restructuring, origination, syndication, and portfolio management.

Gina is a mentor with the Eisenberg Foundation, an active member of NAIOP and JUF. Gina and her husband live in Skokie with their three kids and one rescued standard poodle.
