Jeff has been a healthcare market leader and understands the components and issues involved in successfully delivering healthcare facilities today. Besides healthcare, Jeff also focuses on technical and logistically challenged projects, and has had a focus on site development and large earthwork projects. Jeff has more than 28 years of experience providing customer solution services to customers.

Catherine oversees the development and operations of the company’s growing life sciences portfolio. Prior to joining Sterling Bay, Catherine was the Associate Vice Provost for technology development at the Illinois Institute of Technology responsible for their technology park and intellectual property effort. She spent six years as Director of Business Development for Wexford Science & Technology working on marketing and leasing initiatives for several Wexford property locations. Catherine has marketing and business development experience at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 200, has academic research experience at the NIH and the University of California, San Francisco, and has intellectual property technology transfer experience at Stanford and Johns Hopkins Universities. Catherine holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science Degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Building industry veteran Jean Gibbons was recently named vice president, building systems at WSP USA, a leading engineering and professional services consultancy.

Gibbons will manage WSP’s Chicago office mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protections department including staff assignments, monitoring deadlines, arranging for and performing technical training, performing mechanical design and coordination reviews, oversee and develop department procedures and standards.

Michael S. Rosen is chair of the Center for Healthcare Innovation, a not-for-profit organization focused on healthcare equity. He is also managing director of Rosen Biosciences Strategies LLC, a life science economic development consultancy focusing on the development of science parks and clusters, and enabling international life science companies to enter the U.S. market.
