Peter serves as Director of Business Development for Enhanced Capital Group, LLC. He comes to Enhanced Capital after several years of experience sourcing various types of financing for renewable energy developers. Previously, he held positions in the equity capital markets industry serving in wealth management, institutional sales, and merger and acquisition advisory capacities. He started his career in finance at the First National Bank of Boston. Peters holds a B.A. in History from Boston College, an M.B.A. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management, and a Certificate in Political Philosophy from Christ Church, Oxford. Peter serves as Facilitator for the Ignatian Spirituality Project in the Twin Cities.

Jack Cortese leads D2 Capital Advisors, an affiliate of the D2 Organization that arranges and structures real estate debt and equity financing for developers and investors throughout the U.S. Since joining the firm that launched in 2017, he has arranged over $650 million in debt and equity financings. Philadelphia-area deals include: a $130 million life-sciences construction loan for 2300 Market, a $62 million office construction loan in Allentown, a $56 million redevelopment loan for the Philly Met, and a $16 million land loan for a warehouse development in Salem County, NJ.

Jack also works on internal financing needs for D2 Organization’s commercial development platform, which includes over 6 million square feet of industrial and residential projects. Jack is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a recipient of the Philadelphia Business Journals' Rising Star 2023 award.

Jeremy Attema

Jeremy uses in-depth financial analysis to demonstrate a business case for sustainable and energy efficient strategies on individual projects and across real estate portfolios. Utilizing stok’s Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) and Sustainability Financial Impact Analysis (SFIA) tools, he highlights the importance of identifying a project’s economic value drivers and demonstrating how sustainable design can support them. With a BA in Financial Management, a Masters in Urban Planning with a thesis focused on Life Cycle Costs of Passive House buildings, and substantial, rigorous industry research, Jeremy helps clients realize financial benefits from high performance buildings at scale. Most recently, Jeremy developed a framework for quantifying the external benefits of high performance buildings, including productivity, retention, and occupant health and wellness.

Ian McCulley is a Director responsible for Enhanced Capital’s Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) business. Prior to joining Enhanced, Ian worked at B. Riley and Dialectic Capital as a hedge fund investment professional. Ian started his career at Grant’s Interest Rate Observer, a biweekly investment publication. Currently based in Denver, Ian attended the University of Colorado and enjoys being outside and in the mountains as much as possible.

Jana M. Wesley, is Managing Director and Head of Project Finance at Loop Capital Markets. Ms. Wesley manages the Firm's Project Finance and Property Assessed Clean Energy "PACE" Division. She is also a Managing Director of the Loop-Counterpointe joint venture that manages the City of Chicago PACE Program. She has over 30-years of experience in public finance as an investment banker, executive director of a state authority and financial advisor and was one of the first investment bankers hired at the inception of Loop Capital Markets.

Ms. Wesley has been a senior banker or advisor on over $31.5 billion financings. Prior to rejoining Loop Capital, Ms. Wesley served as an independent financial advisor, a senior banker with Bank of America Securities and Executive Director of the California Health Facilities Finance Authority.

Ms. Wesley earned her B.A. from George Williams College and MBA from Columbia University of New York. She holds 52, 53, and 63 licenses.
