Catherine oversees the development and operations of the company’s growing life sciences portfolio. Prior to joining Sterling Bay, Catherine was the Associate Vice Provost for technology development at the Illinois Institute of Technology responsible for their technology park and intellectual property effort. She spent six years as Director of Business Development for Wexford Science & Technology working on marketing and leasing initiatives for several Wexford property locations. Catherine has marketing and business development experience at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 200, has academic research experience at the NIH and the University of California, San Francisco, and has intellectual property technology transfer experience at Stanford and Johns Hopkins Universities. Catherine holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science Degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Delph Gustitus, AIA, has focused on extending the useful service lives and improving the performance of buildings for over 25 years. He began his career as a design architect, then changed paths by moving to a consulting A/E firm where he developed the technical expertise and collaborative style that helped him launch his own firm in 1995. He has inspected, repaired, restored and preserved hundreds of buildings, including many of historic significance. As Principal, Delph manages a diverse portfolio and approaches each new project with the same level of dedication and commitment. Many of the firm's services are for adaptive re-use projects of existing and historic buildings. As a former board member of Landmarks Illinois, a leading preservation advocacy group, Delph has taken an active role in helping preserve the historic fabric of our built environment. He has worked for many years to promote the inherent benefits of maintaining and re-using our existing buildings.

Ira leads new business development, estimating, construction production, project management, and the management of trade partner and vendor relationships for Mosaic Construction. As a relationship builder with over 20 years of experience in construction, Ira develops new opportunities through his various roles in the company and community. Ira has been a principal at Mosaic Construction since 2005. Ira has been in the exterior residential industry since 1989 and for over 12 years, he owned Premier Window and Construction.

Ira earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication & Rhetoric from the University of Illinois.
