Allison Kim Is a sustainability and wellness leader passionate about providing solutions that make a significant positive impact on the health of people and the planet. Allison brings extensive expertise in global sustainability and wellness, project management, strategic planning to the Commercial Team at IWBI.

Prior to joining IWBI, Allison was VP of Sustainability and Wellness at Cushman + Wakefield where she advised startups to global Fortune 100 companies in sustainability and wellness strategy and initiatives. Allison founded and operated Goody Foods – a nutrient dense snack company in the Bay Area. Earlier in her career, she oversaw major gift and corporate fundraising efforts for many top-tier symphony orchestras. Allison graduated with honors from Butler University with a Bachelors in Science in Music and Business.

She is WELL Faculty, WELL AP, LEED AP and received a 2018 IWBI Leadership Award.

Barry Abramson

Principal

Servidyne

Barry Abramson has devoted his professional life to improving the energy

efficiency, environmental impact and economic performance of buildings. As

Principal of Servidyne, a consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, he has

provided energy and sustainability consulting services for 40 years. He serves

on ASHRAE Committee SPC211 that wrote the Standard for Commercial

Building Energy Audits. He is the past Chair of the USGBC’s LEED Energy and

Atmosphere Technical Advisory Group.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Barry and his team at Servidyne have

focused on helping clients assess their building systems to develop risk-

mitigation strategies that contribute to the health and wellbeing of building

occupants. Barry has delivered numerous webinars on HVAC and water system

building readiness, attended by several thousand real estate industry

professionals.

Barry graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Energy and Environmental

Engineering from Stanford University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer

in 15 states, a LEED AP O+M, LEED Faculty, and an ASHRAE Building Energy

Assessment Professional.

Shane Froman

Lincoln Property Company

Shane Froman is responsible for all property management services in Georgia and Alabama.

With over eighteen years in the commercial real estate industry, he leads the management

division of Lincoln Property Company which consists of 20 million square feet of Office, Retail

and Industrial assets.

Shane is responsible for establishing Lincoln’s strategic initiatives, accountable for operational

policy and financial review, owner communications and ultimately the safeguarding of client’s

assets. Over the last 7 years Shane has led the Lincoln team in the onboarding and transitioning

of over 10 million square feet of assets.

Shane plays a vital role in bringing unified technology to drive service and efficiencies to Lincoln

Property Company by implementing stream lined accounting systems as well as an asset

management and property manager portal giving immediate transparency of assets to our

owners and managers. Using LEED, BOMA 360 and Energy Star benchmarks, Shane has been

able to establish a minimum standard for assets within Lincoln’s portfolio and is able to

quantify tenant renewals and satisfaction directly related to tenant request response time,

problem resolution and tenant touch/comfort.

Shane’s and the Lincoln management team are experienced in managing product ranging from

big box power centers to high-rise class A office towers for a multitude of owners that include

special servicers, real estate private equity companies, REITs, state pension funds and other

institutional owners. Shane’s management team has extensive experience throughout Georgia,

Florida and Alabama.

Jesse Kave

Director of Engineering

Lincoln Property Company

Jesse has worked with Lincoln Property Company for almost 5 years, but has been in Commercial

Property Management for over 15 years. Jesse started his career in Class A Commercial Office but has

managed various property types including Industrial, Flex, and Retail. Jesse’s main role with Lincoln is

support and guidance for the entire southeast regional engineering staff. Jesse also helps with due

diligence for new acquisitions and runs Lincoln’s mobile engineering department, FleetFix. Jesse has

worked at many staple properties during his career in the Atlanta market including 55 Allen Plaza,

Centrum, Monarch Tower and Plaza, and Three Alliance Center just to name a few.

Prior to Lincoln Property, Jesse has worked in efficiency-based programs with local municipalities such

as Comfort Homes with Jackson EMC and Georgia Power’s EARTHCENTS program. Jesse enjoys teaching

others and makes it a point to ensure his teams are trained the proper way to do things. Jesse is highly

focused on quality assurance and his attention to detail and drive for efficiency is second to none.
