Douglas Development Snags REI to Anchor Uline Arena

Douglas Development

Douglas Development announced the outdoor retailer will occupy 51k SF on the first floor of the Douglas-developed arena (above), site of the Beatle’s first concert, once renovation is complete. REI plans to serve the active, young NoMa community and provide 150 new jobs. The store will be designed in collaboration with representatives of the outdoor community, and will have in-store educational classes and outings for cycling, paddling, snow sports, and more. Opening is planned for late 2016.
