Unizo Continues DC Office Spree With Another Acquisition

Tokyo-based Unizo Real Estate is not slowing down its DC office binge.

A week after buying a CNN-anchored NoMa office building, the Japanese firm has made another purchase, this time acquiring the Executive Building for $228M, GlobeSt reports.

The 328k SF office building at 1030 15th St NW, above, was previously owned by Invesco Real Estate. The Atlanta-based company bought the building in 2008 for $181M. It is 93% occupied, with Atlantic Council of the United States, Fox Rothschild and Hager Sharp as tenants.

Before this most recent pair of purchases, Unizo bought 50 F St NW and 1100 First St SE in July and 1201 Connecticut Ave in March. [GS]
