Archer & Greiner P.C.

Mike advises industrial, commercial, and residential property owners and developers on land use planning and zoning, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He handles all phases of development and redevelopment — including brownfields and adaptive reuse projects — and regularly appears before municipal planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment, governing bodies, county boards, and regional agencies.

Known for "quarterbacking" projects from inception through construction, Mike coordinates the full project team, negotiates with municipal staff and government agencies, prepares land use applications, and drafts municipal and development agreements.

His background in the private sector and as a small business owner gives him a practical understanding of client concerns around entitlements and government bureaucracy. Representative matters include industrial parks, warehouse and distribution facilities, e-commerce fulfillment centers, data centers, affordable housing, mixed-use projects, manufacturing facilities, and renewable energy projects.

Mike also has extensive experience securing approvals for projects that attract neighborhood or political opposition — including billboards, solar farms, group homes, and addiction treatment facilities.
