As Head of Real Estate of Columbia Property Trust, Ted Koltis

directs the Company’s property-level strategy, execution and

performance with oversight of Leasing, Property Management

and Marketing for the national portfolio.

Mr. Koltis joined Columbia in 2023. His previous role was at The

Moinian Group, where he served as Executive Vice President,

leading commercial leasing across the firm’s national office and

retail portfolio. Prior to that Mr. Koltis was President of Colliers’

Eastern Region Agency and Consulting Practice, where he

successfully grew the company’s landlord agency practice and

consulting group throughout its major markets in the northeast.

Mr. Koltis has spent nearly three decades in the commercial real

estate industry and brings extensive experience in leasing, asset

management, asset repositioning and property management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Koltis has held executive level

positions and advised on over 30 million square feet of real

estate transactions across major U.S. markets with several top

real estate owners and advisors, including Tishman Speyer,

Paramount Group, Inc., and CBRE.

Mr. Koltis received his undergraduate degree from Cornell

University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is on the

Commercial Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New

York (REBNY).

Mr. Koltis resides in Chelsea with his family and has four

children.

In his current role as Senior Vice President of Investment Sales for the commercial Boston office of LPC, Scott oversees all partnerships for joint venture investments and financial advisory to clients looking to invest in the Boston market. Scott has worked on over half a billion in successful acquisitions and development that total over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial assets and development across Massachusetts. Scott has worked with a number of financial investment vehicles including, but not limited to: pension fund investors, fund managers, private wealth investors and foreign capital.

Once a project has been acquired by LPC within a partnership, Scott and his team are then responsible for the oversight of the asset by implementing the business plan put forth at acquisition. Due to the LPC model, the asset management team is able to effectively evaluate tenant relationships, operating best practices, value-add capital plans, financial strategies and dispositions. During the hold period of an LPC asset, Scott would be the point of contact for any debt relationships and dispositions.

Scott has been a member of numerous organizations in the Boston real estate market including REFA and NAIOP. Scott is an alumnus of the Boston University Certificate in Real Estate Finance program and a certified Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts. Scott joined Lincoln Property Company (LPC) in 2007 after obtaining his undergraduate degree from Connecticut College. Scott lives in Charlestown, Massachusetts with his wife, Lauren, and their daughter Siena.

As Senior Vice President, Leasing and Asset Management, Duncan is responsible for developing and implementing leasing and asset management strategies for the firm.

Duncan has 18+ years of experience in the management, marketing and leasing of commercial real estate. Prior to assuming his current position as Senior Vice President with TDC in 1999, Duncan was Vice President and General Manager of Merchandise Mart Properties, a division of Vornado Realty Trust, responsible for their newly-acquired asset, the Boston Design Center. Prior to the acquisition by Vornado, he was President of the Boston Design Center for a TDC-affiliated company. Formerly, Duncan was President of the Washington Design Center, VP of Sales & Marketing for furniture manufacturer Doxey Furniture in North Carolina and previously Assistant Treasurer for Bankers Trust Company in New York City. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Washington College, Maryland

Mr. Gilkey is a member of NAIOP and in 2014 was appointed to the National Marketing & Leasing Forum.

Josh Hechtman is Head of Eastern Markets at WiredScore, where he partners with real estate owners and operators to advance the connectivity and technology infrastructure of their buildings. He brings nearly a decade of acquisitions and asset management experience from Beacon Capital Partners, where he closed more than $3 billion in aggregate transactions across acquisitions and dispositions in major U.S. markets. During his tenure, Josh relocated to Washington, D.C., working closely with local teams on leasing initiatives and capital projects, giving him a ground-level view of how connectivity and building technology influence leasing outcomes and asset performance.

Debra Gould joined Newmark in 2015, bringing 31 years of experience advising Tenants and Landlords in the development and implementation of their real estate strategies.

Ms. Gould previously served as an Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield. During her eight-year tenure there, she was named one of the firm’s Top 100 Producers globally for six years. Ms. Gould joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 from Jones Lang LaSalle, where she was a Partner and the Number One Producer for 14 consecutive years for the firm.

Meredith is based in Boston and manages Beacon Capital Partner’s debt financing activities. Before joining Beacon in 2018, Meredith was a Director with Boston Properties, where she most recently managed the company's joint venture relationships, and previously was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings as a member of the Finance-Capital Markets Group. She also held roles with the Investment Sales team at Studley, and as a structured corporate finance analyst at Citigroup. Meredith received her Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Drew is a lifelong resident of New England and graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He joined North Colony in 2019. Prior to North Colony he spent the majority of his career at JLL as well as JLL’s strategic investment management group, Spaulding & Slye Investments (SSI). During his time at JLL he held various roles in the Property Management group, including serving as a downtown General Manager of Class A assets well as Senior Manager of Group Operations for the region. During his time with SSI, Drew progressed to the position of Managing Director of Asset Management. His responsibilities included the oversight of a multi-million SF portfolio of properties spanning a variety of asset classes, providing overall strategic guidance to the group and serving as the firm’s expert providing guidance on matters relating to capital renovation and physical due diligence. In addition to his experience at Spaulding & Slye/JLL, Drew worked for The Grossman Companies as an Asset Manager. Beyond his asset management responsibilities, he managed leasing activity and was responsible for the operation and management of the firm’s property management group.

Mr. Weissman has been selling homes for more than 20-years and oversees Advisors Living – the largest brokerage agency of new home construction in Massachusetts, with new project sales at approximately $1.8 Billion (pre-covid). Ian Brandon is the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Banking Officer at Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB). Ian leads CSB’s corporate banking operations and strategy, including commercial, specialty lending, and treasury management across diverse industry verticals. With more than 25 years of experience and over $10 billion in completed transactions, Ian is known for delivering client-focused solutions and balancing strategic growth with disciplined credit and risk oversight.

Prior to joining CSB, Ian held senior leadership roles at BankNorth, TD Bank, Emigrant Bank, and American Property Finance. He earned his M.B.A. from Boston University and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Ian is also passionate about community involvement and is actively engaged in professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute, and the Real Estate Lenders Association. April (Wilmar) DaSuta is a commercial real estate and business transactions lawyer known for closing complex deals and delivering strategic results for her clients. A true “deal junkie,” she represents clients across Massachusetts in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and joint venture transactions spanning virtually every commercial real estate asset class, including hotels, restaurants, retail, multifamily and mixed-use developments, office and industrial buildings, life sciences and lab facilities, warehouses, and business parks. Tim Alexander serves as Senior Managing Director of Development for the greater Boston area and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, due diligence, and eventual disposition for Mill Creek communities.

Prior to this role, Mr. Alexander served as Vice President of Development and was responsible for directing all phases of development from design and permitting activities to construction and stabilization of Mill Creek communities in the Boston area.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Alexander was a Development Manager for WS Development in Chestnut Hill, MA, where he led development efforts for retail and mixed-use projects on the east coast. Prior to his tenure at WS, Mr. Alexander spent seven years as a Development Executive with Clark Realty Capital in Arlington, VA where he managed development activities for a series of multifamily and mixed-use projects in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.

Mr. Alexander received a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

As Senior Vice President, Asset Management, Mai Zhang is responsible for expanding Davis’ existing multifamily investment business by formulating and implementing best practices that allow for scalability in capital deployment and asset management.  From initial acquisition to eventual disposition, Mai plays a key role in overseeing investment performance through implementation of strategic business plans that seek to maximize asset values and returns.

Mai comes to The Davis Companies from JBG SMITH Properties, where he held various leadership roles and was named Senior Vice President of Residential Asset Management in January 2022.  During his 10-year tenure at JBG SMITH Properties, he led the development and execution of the operating strategy for approximately 6,500 residential units under management throughout the DC metro region, led value-add investment initiatives that generated $4.7 million of additional net income and increased portfolio asset value by $89.0 million, and led major capital transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings that amounted to over $4.4 billion of real estate.  He also served as the chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and was a member of the Risk Management Committee.

Mai holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Michela is Vice President of Development at Boylston Properties where she is responsible for initiating and managing new development opportunities in the Greater Boston area. She oversees all aspects of new development, from site acquisition through project stabilization, including underwriting, entitlements, design and oversight of construction and leasing.

Before joining Boylston Properties in 2023, Michela was the Senior Director of Development at AvalonBay Communities, Inc., where she oversaw and managed the new development of over 1,000 apartment homes throughout Massachusetts. Prior to AvalonBay, she worked at Fidelity Investments as part of the firm’s internal management consulting practice and at Macquarie Capital in investment banking covering the real estate industry.

Michela holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard College.

Josh Brandt is the Owner of Stack + Co., a south Boston based Construction Manager that specializes in building mid-rise multi-family housing within the urban core – both market rate and affordable. Mr. Brandt utilizes Stack’s construction capabilities to develop properties ad well and currently has 97 units across two projects in approvals stage as sponsor.

Jennifer Schultz is a partner at the law firm Nixon Peabody, LLP, and the Leader of the Nationwide Real Estate Development Team. Jenn specializes personally on large-scale complex mixed-use development in and around the Boston area, Worcester, and Providence, RI. She and her team have successfully permitted over 10 million square feet of development over the last 6 years, including over 4 million square feet of lab/R&D space. Nixon’s national development team includes more than 26 lawyers and professional staff across seven offices.

Senior Vice President Construction Located in Boston, he oversees the construction of The Congress Group’s ground-up and large renovation developments. James is responsible for the development of pre-construction phases through contract award, procurement and construction to occupancy, space turnover and contract closeout.
