Our developments include the 150,000 sf build to suit for Advanced Bionics in Santa Clarita, the 167,000 sf QLogic Campus and the nine story Pacific Life Insurance building in Aliso Viejo. Parker Properties is currently under construction on the final phase of Summit, a 205,000 sf build to suit for medical device maker MicroVention/Terumo Corporation. Russ Parker is the design, entitlement, new projects, and marketing partner in charge for Parker Properties.

  Mr. McQueen is President of Tribune Real Estate Holdings, LLC, (“TREH”), the real estate subsidiary of Tribune Media (NYSE: TRCO). TREH is the ownership entity for Tribune Media’s 7.3 million square feet of owned real estate and is charged with maximizing the long term value of these assets. This portfolio includes large urban-infill redevelopment sites in locations such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Costa Mesa, and Florida where TREH is in the process of implementing various levels of entitlement, adaptive reuse, joint-venture structuring, and overall value creation. The Company also oversees Tribune Media’s diverse corporate real estate obligations as well as real estate aspects of the company’s M+A activity.

  George Thomson

  One of Orange County's top tenant and landlord representatives, George Thomson joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2017 as a senior managing director in's Newport Beach office. Mr. Thomson brings to his position more than 28 years of experience in real estate brokerage, finance, acquisition and development, having completed more than 400 transactions with a total value in excess of $1 billion. He has acted both as a principal and as an advisor representing institutional and private capital partners, landlords, tenants, sellers and investors. Mr. Thomson joined NKF after nearly five years at JLL, where he was a senior vice president specializing in representing landlords and tenants in Orange County and the Los Angeles area. Prior to JLL, Mr. Thomson was a principal and shareholder in the Orange, California, office of Lee & Associates. He also founded and was president of Westbridge Realty Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate investment firm located in Long Beach, California. Prior to forming Westbridge, Mr. Thomson was a founding partner of Lee & Associates' LA North and Downtown Los Angeles offices and served on that firm's executive committee and board of directors. A licensed real estate broker in the state of California, Mr. Thomson is an active member of NAIOP and a graduate of Pepperdine University's George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. He also attended San Diego State University, where he was a student/athlete. Mr. Thomson lives in the Long Beach community of Naples with his wife, Ann, and their four children, Emily, Hannah, George and Michael.

  Bill Lanting is the Vice President of Loan Origination at Partners Capital Finance, Inc. (a subsidiary of Partners Capital, Inc). He oversees the firm’s lending division, originating senior, mezzanine and bridge debt as well as joint venture equity investment. Over the course of his career, Bill has been an active professional in the commercial real estate financing industry as well as the creator of a number of successful hotel and food & beverage enterprises. Prior to joining Partners Capital Finance, Bill originated senior bridge loans for Thorofare Capital, covering all commercial property types nationwide. Bill also brings over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, including all aspects of hotel acquisition, development, construction and operation. As President and CEO of Hotelco, LLC, Bill purchased, renovated, repositioned and operated hotels in Los Angeles, Nashville, Denver, Honolulu and St. Louis. As Vice President of Development for Radisson Hotels Worldwide, he was responsible for all franchise sales in the Western U.S. As Vice President of Development of the Florida-based Hotels of Distinction, Inc., he created a $54,000,000 hotel investment fund that owned and operated nine hotels (later sold to Starwood Lodging Trust). Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

  Kevin Hayes

  Kevin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pendulum Partners. His daily oversight of the firm’s investment and asset management activities ranges from setting larger strategic objectives to tactical implementation of any given project. Kevin has closed over $844 million of commercial real estate property transactions since 2010. This achievement required him identifying and closing on opportunities, including structuring joint-venture agreements with a number of institutional partners. He takes a “hands-on” approach by working on each asset from acquisition through disposition to ensure best execution. Prior to founding Pendulum Partners, Kevin opened Lincoln Property Company’s Orange County and San Diego offices, and oversaw all operations including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, property management and development. The third-party asset and property management platform added over $1.5 billion of property during his more than eight years running the region for LPC. Kevin offers a true end-user perspective combined with deep market knowledge and a solid fundamental understanding of tenant demand. His background in leasing informs his investments and operations approach. His more than 14 years in commercial real estate began at the Irvine Company in office leasing, prior to spending four years in tenant representation at Cresa Partners. Notably, Kevin and his family are active volunteers for Safe Families for Children. Kevin held a Board Member position with NAIOP for 2014 and 2015 and also served as a Board Member for Think Together from 2005 to 2015.

  Mr. McEvoy co-leads the assets management and operations team for the company. Prior to joining Harbor Associates Rich was Vice President – Portfolio Director for EQ Office, the U.S. office portfolio company wholly-owned by Blackstone’s real estate funds. During his time at EQ Mr. McEvoy oversaw the firm’s portfolio operations in South Los Angeles and Orange County including all asset management, leasing, construction, and marketing for more than twenty-four office projects equaling over 6.5 million square feet. Prior to joining EQ Office Mr. McEvoy was a senior leasing executive for Douglas Emmett Inc. in West Los Angeles and a Senior Vice President and Partner with Lee & Associates in Irvine, California. Over his 22+ year career in commercial real estate Mr. McEvoy has led property repositions and maximized investment returns through the strategic deployment of over $175 million worth of capital improvements. Along the way Rich has completed numerous property sales in excess of $1B in value and more than 900 commercial lease transactions exceeding 5 Million square feet leased. Mr. McEvoy holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC). He is also a recipient of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has been a regular member of NAIOP and LACRA.

  Mr. Strasmann is the Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Orange County Operations as well as the functional Southern California Industrial & Logistics Market Leader. Mr. Strasmann’s Orange County responsibilities include leading a team of over 360 professionals in the Orange County Region with direct oversight of all lines of business and services CBRE provides to the marketplace. As the Functional Industrial Leader, Mr. Strasmann has the additional responsibility of managing approximately 130 selling industrial professionals throughout 12 Southern California offices. Mr. Strasmann also serves as the management oversight for CBRE’s National Port Logistics and E-Commerce specialty practice groups. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Strasmann served as the Managing Director of Brokerage Operations for Voit’s Orange County, Los Angeles County and Inland Empire Operations. Mr. Strasmann’s region accounted for approximately 75% of Voit’s revenue and profit. Mr. Strasmann was directly responsible for opening up offices in Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire for Voit. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned at Voit to accept a position at CBRE. Prior to Voit Real Estate Services, Mr. Strasmann worked at Grubb & Ellis Company for 24 years. Mr. Strasmann held many positions at Grubb & Ellis working his way up from an Industrial Broker to eventually serving as the Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director (Orange County, San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire operations). Mr. Strasmann’s region was recognized as the largest and most profitable region nationwide for Grubb & Ellis. Additionally, Mr. Strasmann served on Grubb & Ellis’ National Executive Committee. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned from Grubb & Ellis to accept a position at Voit Real Estate Services.
