Bisnow held its annual SoCal Power Women event Dec. 13 in Los Angeles, hosted alongside its title sponsor, Allen Matkins. The event drew hundreds of women and men from across the commercial real estate industry. The audience was filled with brokers, developers, investors, architects, contractors and engineers. Attendees came away with valuable insight into how women can stand out in an industry that has historically been made up of mostly men, and how to mentor and support one another. The event is part of a larger national series aimed at connecting and empowering women across the industry.
