Twin Palms Capital Group is the General Manager of a portfolio to build 27 data centers located throughout the East and West Coast. We have partnered with Involta to manage the construction and daily operations of the centers and to utilize and enhance the branding of the Involta name. Twin Palms Capital Group is responsible for choosing the site locations, raising equity and debt financing and for the leasing and marketing of all the centers. The first site is located in Littleton, MN followed by Waltham, MA, Virginia Beach, VA, Nashville, TN and Seattle, WA.
