Developer Plans Residential High-Rise For Denny Triangle Site

GZI Boren paid $25M for 1916 Boren Ave. in the Denny Triangle, with plans to develop either high-rise apartments or condos on the site. The property is zoned for mixed-use development of up to 440 feet.

Such a project will be in addition to the numerous others the neighborhoo sports. There are 33 approved and pending projects in the area, which would add 3.5M SF of office space and 10,000 residential units if all are completed.

Kidder Mathews' Ross Klinger, Jim Klinger and Tim Foster repped the unnamed seller. The trio was also involved in the recent sale of 1200 Howell St. in Seattle, the only residential condo tower currently under construction in the neighborhood.
