“With the townhomes at Avid, we’re giving buyers a fresh new take on Bellevue living with a boutique community just minutes away from major corporations like Microsoft’s Redmond Campus,” Intracorp Vice President of Marketing and Sales Christine Johnson said in a statement. “As far as buyers, we’re seeing a lot of technology workers who want to be close to their jobs and also have easy access to all the shopping, dining and entertainment options in downtown Bellevue.”

Designed by Freiheit & Ho Architects, the townhomes feature oversized windows, quartz countertops and a full-height decorative glass backsplash. They also include stainless appliances, a gas range with convection oven, a stainless/glass hood and white-painted and stained-wood cabinets. The community is built around a central park that has a play structure, lawn and outdoor seating. It is adjacent to a walking path that leads to Kelsey Creek.
