JLL Buys Mill Valley Retail Outfit

JLL just closed the deal to buy Shelter Bay Retail Group, a retail property management firm based in Mill Valley. The transaction brings JLL 74 urban and suburban, open-air shopping centers totaling 6.5M SF. JLL's third-party retail property management portfolio now totals 83.5M SF in the US. Locally, properties now under JLL management total 5.4M SF. Shelter Bay’s entire 30-person team is coming over and will continue to manage the portfolio.
