Robotics-Driven Packaging Firm Inks 211K SF Langhorne Industrial Lease: The Philadelphia Deal Sheet
Sojo Industries is moving into the Langhorne Logistics Center in Bucks County, a property owned and developed by Greek Real Estate Partners.
The robotics-driven packaging firm has inked a 211K SF lease in the newly built structure at 900 Wheeler Way.
GREP will customize the space to accommodate four packaging lines, office space and a robotics research and development area.
Sojo’s operations at the facility will be partly focused on its Sojo Flight program, which provides on-site packaging manufacturing so users can avoid shipping costs.
A GREP team including Jason Fisch and Patrick Reistrom arranged the lease. Avison Young’s Jim Scott represented Sojo.

Trophy Commercial Real Estate has completed the $1.8M sale of a development site at 1832-1846 Germantown Ave. in Norris Square, according to a social media post. The property is entitled for 89 residential units and almost 2K SF of ground-floor retail.

Atlanta-based Stonemont Financial Group has purchased a 67K SF outdoor industrial storage facility at 300 Progress Court in Logan Township, New Jersey. A KBC Advisors team including Sean Kelly, Marc Petrella and Michael Kimmel is now working to lease the 32-acre property with rail access.

Industrial Investments Inc. purchased a 67K SF flex building at 500 Enterprise Road in Horsham. The new owner plans to replace the former Comcast call center’s roof and divide the space into smaller units.
