The developer known for massive mixed-use developments like National Harbor is looking at something a bit smaller for its latest project.

The Peterson Cos. filed an application with Fairfax County to build a 50K SF auto dealership just off the Beltway, the Washington Business Journal reports.

The development will house a Land Rover dealership with a 14-car showroom and 25 service bays.
