The developer known for massive mixed-use developments like National Harbor is looking at something a bit smaller for its latest project.

The Peterson Cos. filed an application with Fairfax County to build a 50K SF auto dealership just off the Beltway, the Washington Business Journal reports.

The development will house a Land Rover dealership with a 14-car showroom and 25 service bays. Beyer Auto Group is relocating the Land Rover dealership from 2712 Duke St. in Alexandria and roughly doubling its size. The new dealership will sit on a 5.6-acre parcel along Van Dorn Street near the interchange with the Beltway.
