Lava Barre just opened this month and offers free hour-long barre (a combo of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training) classes at Rosslyn’s Gateway Park. Other options include Yoga Hikes DC, an outdoor cardio-based yoga workout with a 90-minute hike and three to four yoga stops to take in Rosslyn’s amazing views; Body by Ginny outdoor boot camps; 45-minute senior boot camps; the Rosslyn boot camp, which teaches high-intensity internal training, and several trails for walking, running and biking.
