Montgomery County, the home of dozens of miles of interstate and legendary rush hour traffic, is planning to make cycling a commuting option for many of its residents. Next month, the county will begin to create a bicycle master plan, which would lay out cycling connections across the county, making it easier for two-wheeled commuters to get around. The process will include surveys, data analysis and a study of traffic patterns, according to Greater Greater Washington. [GGW]
