KLNB Nabs Principal from Next Realty

KLNB Retail has hired Ray Schupp (left) away from Next Realty, where he's worked since 2003 and served as principal since 2008. Ray expects to bring KLNB a bigger presence in central and southern Virginia and to bolster the sixth largest commercial brokerage in DC. KLNB is a bigger platform with more resources, which spurred the move, he told the Washington Business Journal. Ray has already worked with clients like Kohl's, Target and BJ's Wholesale. [WBJ]
