Last week was just one example—at a fundraising dinner for DC Greens (promoting healthy food choices and urban agriculture), we found supporters Heather Howard, Emily Garofalo, Lisa Bradford, Allie Howell, Matt Blocher, Amanda Michael, Jessica Long. Through a company program called “JBG Cares,” the firm has established areas of emphasis in affordable housing, community arts, education, environmental responsibility, and health and well-being, and even provides “days of giving” where employees are given paid time to help nonprofits.
