Former Capital Riverfront BID VP Joins JLL

A former VP with the Capital Riverfront Business Improvement District has joined JLL as VP of research.

Tammy Shoham, fresh off of her stint as VP of economic research and development with Capital Riverfront BID, has joined JLL, where she will lead research advisory services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Tammy will work with the broader national research teams on large-scale advisory assignments.

Tammy joins a veteran research team led by Scott Homa and John Sikaitis. JLL’s research team helps clients make better real estate investment, occupancy and policy decisions by providing in-depth customized research projects and studies.

Tammy’s résumé being a VP at RCLCO, and a senior associate with ERA AECOM, both of which involved similar research advisory functions. She received her master's degree in city planning from MIT and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
