C&W Helps Local Investor Unload West Palm Office

KAS Partners has picked up Brandywine Centre I, a nearly 70k SF mixed office and retail campus in West Palm Beach, for $10.8M, or $154/SF.

The two-building, lakeside property, at 580 and 600 Village Blvd, was sold by G&C Brandywine Investors. Tenants include Divine Blalock Martin Sellari, Online Trading Academy, Trident Title and Renegades Country Western Bar. It is more than 90% leased.

Cushman & Wakefield's Scott O'Donnell, Greg Miller, Dominic Montazemi and Miguel Alcivar brokered the sale.
