Mood Upbeat at Retail Confab

Snapped at the recent ICSC West event in San Diego: Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail’s Tim Westfall, Joseph Hoye, Ryan Moroney, Chris Osborn, Joe Doucett, and Tim Gunnink. These gentlemen were visiting from the Phoenix office, and they made their NGKF debut at the conference. They met with over 53 other NGKF execs, including new Newmark Cornish & Carey folks and local execs throughout SoCal. Joe tells us that the mood of real estate pros attending this year’s conference was decidedly more positive than it had been at previous shows. “Many tenants are actively expanding again and landlords are enjoying the lowest vacancy rates that they have seen in some time,” he says.
