SHEDDING LIGHT ON A SALE

B&B Structures just bought itself a new shed. The shed manufacturer purchased an empty 29k SF industrial facility at 2200 Hathaway Rd in Lancaster for $900k (seen here as we parachuted down). The seller emptied out the facility, located in the Greenfield Corporate Center, last year. Cushman & Wakefield's Gerry Blineburyand Leah Balemo brokered the sale for the seller, and US Commercial Realty's Scott Bradbury repped the buyer.
