Yesterday At Bisnow's Long Island Schmooze

Wednesday evening, almost 100 Long Island commercial real estate professionals gathered at Bisnow's first-ever Long Island event.

The Long Island Schmooze was keynoted by Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Howard Cross. Cross, a Super Bowl-winning former New York Giants tight end, regaled the crowd with tales of football glory — New York loves its winners — after which the CRE professionals in attendance networked, swapped business cards and discussed the latest trends on Long Island, including the new sports center being pitched in Ronkonkoma or its challenged office market.
