Related's 10 Hudson Yards Approaches Full Occupancy

Boston Consulting Group Inc is on the verge of inking a deal for 175k SF at 10 Hudson Yards. That potential lease would allow The Related Cos to fill most of the building's remaining space, setting it up for a partial sale. The building is scheduled to be the first delivered as part of Related's $20B Hudson Yards vision. Coach paid $530M for 738k SF in the tower in 2013. SAP SE and L'Oreal will also be in the building. [Bloomberg]
