MONDAY'S PROPS PARTY

Although we specialize in next day coverage of events, we thought Monday Properties' schmooze earlier this week would make a nice weekend sendoff. On Tuesday they offered up top shelf drinks and edibles at Lea's, a ground-floor hot spot in their trophy at 230 Park Ave,to celebrate superstar young brokers from around town, and, by the way, introduce them to leasing opportunities in the building and of course Monday's other Manhattan properties.
Oh, and raffle off golf gear certificates and a Wii. (Like we said, a younger crowd. For those of you older, look it up.) Monday founderAnthony Westreich, right, one of the new stars on the Apple's development scene, here with his acquisition specialist Andrew Odabashian, leasing guru Issa Deas, and COO Brian Robin.
You didn't even have to go to a buffet station for the nibbles. Jared Silverman tries some treats.
Jones Lang's Christine Tong and Genevieve Francois added some spice.
Studley's Daniel Schapiro, Jason Gotlieb, and Ryan McKinney. We tried to pry out what they're working on—we assume something—but these guys are impressively tight-lipped. We assume it's 'cause you don't know us yet. We're nice journalists, excuse theoxymoron.
