Cushman and Wakefield Recognizes Top Brokers of 2014

Cushman & Wakefield inked some headline-grabbing deals in 2014, landing tenants like Nike, Ann Taylor and TD Bank. Leading the pack in the tri-state region were brokers Josh Kuriloff, Charles Borrok (pictured) and Joanne Podell. This is Borrok's third time being recognized as a top broker with Cushman, the company announced. Between Borrok and Kuriloff, more than 4.6M SF of office leasing deals were closed last year. Meanwhile, Podell did about 178k SF worth of retail deals last year, including TD Bank's expansion and Nike's flagship store.
