Already established as a go-to tool for New York’s residential brokers, Instagram is gaining momentum on the commercial side as well. Larger firms have been using the photo-heavy platform for both branding purposes and to promote listings, WSJ reports. CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, for instance, have focused on the branding aspect, while JLL has seen the potential in the platform for marketing listings and hopes to continue having their photos shared. Instagram launched as a stand-alone in 2010 before being acquired by Facebook in 2012.[WSJ]
