Digital Realty Buys The MetCenter

Digital Realty Trust has finished its acquisition of MetCenter Business Park, 337k SF of flex office and data center space in Austin. Digital Realty officials say the complex is 90% leased to a variety of data center, biotechnology, tech and telecommunication enterprises. The company paid nearly $32M. Digital Realty CAO Scott Peterson says the buy expands our existing data center footprint in the Austin market, while providing stable cash flow immediately at an attractive going-in cap rate.
