The iconic hotel operator Viceroy Hotel Group and international advertising firm Clique Media have signed leases in Pacific Design Center's RedBuilding in West Hollywood. Clique will occupy 30k SF on the entire eighth floor and part of the ninth floor of RedBuilding’s East Tower beginning in Q4. And Viceroy's locating its Los Angeles HQ in 10k SF on the 10th floor in the East Tower, beginning in Q1 2016. Here's developer Charles Cohen, who told Bisnow earlier this year the building has been acquiring a diverse group of tenants who'll create an environment allowing them to do their best work in a highly creative atmosphere.

The 400k SF, Cesar Pelli-designed project has been more than 30 years in the making. And after struggling for some time, the building has recently hit its stride. Earlier this year it brought on Whalerock Industries, a media/tech company owned by former ABC chairman Lloyd Braun, which is relocating from Santa Monica; Gaumont International Television, part of European-based studio Gaumont; the US HQ of global clothing retailer AllSaints, which is moving from New York; and Criteria Corp, a provider of web-based pre-employment testing services.
