Bethesda, Md.'s Host Hotels & Resorts has bought the W Hollywood for $219M.

The firm made the announcement last week.

The 305-room W Hollywood at 6250 Hollywood Blvd. was purchased from an undisclosed seller. The property also includes 11K SF of retail and seven billboards, Law360 reports.

The hotel reportedly ranks among the top five hotels in the company's portfolio for earnings/room. It also houses a Bliss Spa.
