Six-Story Hotel Proposed On Robertson

These buildings at 1434-1450 South Robertson Blvd may be replaced by a new hotel.

The developer for the project, Beverly Hills' 1438 Robertson Inc, backed by real estate investor Dan Harkham, filed plans last week with the LA Department of City Planning to build a six-story, 112-key hotel.

1438 Robertson Inc is asking for a site plan review, a zoning change and other "discretionary approvals," Urbanize LA reports.
