New Hotel May Be Built Next To Hotel Figueroa

A 66-story tower could soon be going up in South Park.

Developer Justin L.M. Leong submitted plans Tuesday for a skyscraper across from The Original Pantry Cafe and next to Hotel Figueroa at 913 South Figueroa St. The site is currently a parking lot (above).

The new tower would consist of a 220-key hotel, 200 condos, 94,080 SF of commercial space and 617 parking spaces, Curbed reports. It may also have up to 10 restaurants.
