Six-Story Hotel Planned for Heart of Hollywood

Locally based AJ Khair Development and Construction has released renderings of a proposed six-story, 159-key hotel planned for 1925 Wilcox Ave in Hollywood, between Franklin Avenue and the 101/Hollywood Freeway.

The project cannot get underway until the developer secures variances from the City of LA, so no timeline is available. The project also requires demo of an auto-body repair shop now on the site. [ULA]
